Arborist Report

Arborist reports are required for many construction or tree removal projects.  Report contents vary depending on the municipality, type of project, trees on site, and time of year.  Typical reports may contain tree inventories, tree planting and tree protection plans, tree appraisals, and general recommendations.  Reports are completed by an ISA Certified Arborist.

Tree Planting & Tree Protection Plan

Tree planting plans provide specifications on proposed trees on site.  The proposed trees will be selected based on client input, native to area, soil conditions, salt tolerances, sun and shade tolerances, and site specific parameters.  Tree protection plans provide spacing and barriers to protect trees as required by the local municipality or conservation authority.  Plans are created by an ISA Certified Arborist.

Tree Appraisal

A tree is the only infrastructure that increases in value over its lifetime.  Trees are proven to raise property value, and can be worth thousands of dollars. Appraisals may be required by the local municipality to determine the appropriate deposit for construction purposes.  Tree appraisals are completed by an ISA Certified Arborist.
